Yina leads engineering for Microsoft Graph, one of the highest-profile projects in Office and at Microsoft. Her work involves transforming disjointed, legacy APIs into a new unified API world. During her career, she has built the APIs and platform that enable developers to access data and relationships across Office and all Microsoft cloud services. She is from Bogota, Colombia and joined Microsoft in 2010 after graduating with a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia. Adam DuVander loves APIs and the people behind them. He helps Zapier’s API partners integrate with its automation platform to empower their shared customers. He spent four years as a writer, editor, and analyst for ProgrammableWeb, journal of the API economy. Sarah Novotny - Open Source Strategist - Google
Sarah Novotny leads an Open Source Strategy group for Google Cloud Platform. She has long been an Open Source community champion in communities such as Kubernetes, NGINX and MySQL and ran large scale technology infrastructures before web-scale had a name. She co-founded Blue Gecko and launched a free-to-play game platform supporting HAWKEN. She is a program chair emeritus for O’Reilly Media’s OSCON.
