Attendee Welcome Reception & Booth Crawl
Monday, September 16th - 5:30 to 7:30pm
After the closing keynotes on Monday, all attendees are invited to join us for drinks, hors d'oeuvres and fun in the Celestin Foyer of the hotel. This is a great time to check out the sponsor showcase and mingle with your fellow attendees. In addition, enjoy games, entertainment and a scavenger hunt!
VIP Reception at Elms Mansion in the Garden District
Tuesday, September 17th - 7:00 to 10:00pm
All attendees have the option to purchase a ticket to the VIP reception taking place at the beautiful and historic Elms Mansion, located on St. Charles Avenue in the famed Garden District of New Orleans. A full dinner buffet and drinks will be served, and attendees can enjoy touring the exquisite grandeur of this historic home, or listen to jazz in the garden.
Speakers, media and sponsor companies are provided complimentary passes to this event, however all attendees have the option to purchase up to two tickets on the conference registration form for $150 each. All ages may attend.
"Big Easy Bash" Attendee Celebration at the House of Blues
Wednesday, September 18th - 6:30 to 10:00pm
New Orleans is best known for Music & Food, and at this year's closing event you'll enjoy the best of both! Attendees will be treated to a full Bayou-themed dinner buffet, drinks, and live entertainment at the House of Blues New Orleans. And to get there, we'll have our very own Mardi Gras parade complete with a band, floats, entertainment and more. The parade departs the hotel at 5:45pm - please meet in the hotel lobby at 5:30pm to prepare the parade departure.
If you'd prefer to take a bus instead of joining the parade (the parade walk is .9 miles) please meet in the hotel lobby at 6:00pm for bus departures. The buses will depart the Hyatt for the House of Blues at 6:15.
This event is open to all attendees, and is held jointly with the Linux Plumbers Conference and Xen Project User Summit attendees. Guest tickets may be purchased onsite at our Information Desk. All ages are allowed.
