Drone Developer Workshop and Flight Day - October 5 and 8, 2015

Supported by 3DRobotics, Atlantic Bridge, Irish Development Agency, Startup Ireland, and the Linux Foundation's Dronecode Project.

Dronecode Workshop - October 5, 2015

This half-day Dronecode workshop will allow participants to “get their hands dirty” on the Dronecode technology stack. The workshop will cover tool chain setup (a VM/docker image will be provided), running simulated flights all the way to moving an electric servo motor on real hardware. It will also show how to develop code on Linux which sends commands to the autopilot and will provide a glimpse into how all-in-one Linux board solutions will look like. Visit www.dronecode.org for more information including speakers and suggested experience.

Flight Day is a companion event for participants to show off their UAV capabilities and flight skills, network with industry insiders and apply the knowledge they learned from the Dronecode workshop, in a safe controlled environment. Expect to solve some challenges and win prizes. Participants will need to bring their own UAVs, food and beverages will be provided. UEFI Mini-Summit - October 7, 2015

The UEFI Mini-Summit is a full-day event introducing the latest UEFI firmware and ACPI advancements related to Linux development. Discussions will cover "how to" guidance, implementation options, and firmware tools and resources available for successful ARM and x86 platform integration.

Open to all conference attendees, the Mini-Summit is hosted by the UEFI Forum, the non-profit organization responsible for developing the UEFI, PI and ACPI specifications. UEFI Forum members will be available to discuss comments or questions attendees may have about the sessions, and also welcome any feedback about UEFI firmware in the open source community. Information about UEFI membership opportunities will be available during the summit and Technology Showcase.

Audio Mini Summit - October 8, 2015

To help encourage the growth and strength of OpenWrt, prpl Foundation is organizing the OpenWrt Summit. Co-located with Embedded Linux Conference Europe (ELCE) the OpenWrt Summit will be the first community conference focusing exclusively on OpenWrt. The OpenWrt Summit is free to attend, however RSVP is required.

The OpenWrt Summit will benefit anyone who wants to learn more about OpenWrt software and is a great opportunity for the core community to get together face to face. In particular OpenWrt will be perfect for:

Aimed at users, developers and everybody else interested in Apache CloudStack, Cloudstack Collaboration Conference is the place to learn more about CloudStack or join developers to discuss its past, present and future.
