Cypress Room, 2nd Level of the Hyatt
Do you have an SDN app idea? Give your 5-minute pitch to the “Dragons” of Networking - leading developers and technologists from OpenDaylight and the industry-at-large who will evaluate and provide feedback on the technical viability and real-world applicability for your SDN app idea.
As you develop your idea for the Dragon’s Den, keep in mind that your idea should have a clear vertical sector (service provider, banking, higher education, etc) and a specific target user (enterprise network administrator, devops, database manager, or an end user such as a bank teller, professor, student, etc) and define why that user would want your app (what problem does it solve, or what new opportunity does it open). Be able to explain why an SDN approach will improve outcomes for the user as compared to existing methods for addressing the challenge. You are strongly encouraged to attend the ODL Application Development Tutorial on, from .
Here Be Prizes! Dragons will also select one winner who will receive the following: 1) Community recognition and a digital badge for social media, and 2) A one-year Developer License of Brocade SDN Controller (complete with support).
Join us and see if you have what it takes to impress the Networking Dragons!
