Interested in Attending?

If you are interested in attending this event, please request an invitation using the registration form (access through the button below). You will be notified by email within 10 business days as to whether your request has been accepted. Upon receipt of that email, you will be given 72 hours to either confirm or reject your invitation. If you do not respond within 72 hours, your invitation will be cancelled. Once you confirm your invitation, you are considered a registered participant.

Please note: seating is extremely tight at the summit, and in order to limit last-minute cancellations and no-shows that would prevent others from attending, you will be required to provide credit card information for a US$250 No-Show Fee.  Your credit card will not be charged unless you cancel your attendance within 48 hours of the event or no-show to the summit.  You may cancel without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the event.
