Start your day the energizing way with a sunrise 5K along the scenic Amstel River! Whether you’re an early riser or simply looking to get moving, connect with fellow attendees for a casual, self-guided run.
The route, created by BTND. Amsterdam (Better The Next Day) begins in the RAI district and follows the calm beauty of the river, looping back to kick off the day feeling clear-headed, refreshed, and ready for what’s ahead. Bring a friend or meet new faces at the start – all pace groups and experience levels are welcome. There is no cost to participate.
Maps of the route will be available at the meeting point on the morning of the run. Please note, there are no guides for this run; it will be self-guided.
