  • 10pm – 2:30am PT each day

  • Registration is free, but you must register to participate! Visit this page for the most up to date registration information

• ASAP: Confirm your logo on the SODACODE website.
  • If the logo or link needs to be updated, please email the new information to Ashlee Carlson.
• April 15: Speaking opp content & speaker info due 
  • 15-minute Keynote 
  • 30-minute Breakout Session 
  • Shannon Jessee will reach out to collect this information
• April 20: (2) Emails to opt-in list of attendees – Deadline to select date
  • You may send (2) pre- or post-conference emails to attendees who opted-in to receive sponsored content. Dates are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Review the email schedule and send your preferred date to Ashlee Carlson. SODA Foundation will send emails on a conference-branded email template on behalf of the sponsor. Attendee contact details will not be shared. 
  • Please send finalized content in a Word or Google Doc to Ashlee Carlson at least 4 days prior to the date you selected.
• April 25: (4) Social Media Posts 
  • Deadline to provide custom language for social media posts from SODA Foundation Twitter (280 character limit) and WeChat Accounts (600 character limit). Subject to approval by program committee. 
• TBD: Virtual booth setup
  • You will be invited to the platform Airmeet at least one week prior to the start of the event to set up your booth.
  • The event will take place 10:00pm – 2:30am PT each day
• May 24: Don’t forget to register for free to participate!
