Thank you for your support of the Xen Project Developer and Design Summit 2022, taking place in person in Cambridge, United Kingdom, and virtually this September 19-22!

Each sponsor receives a number of complimentary passes for the event which can be used for sponsor booth representatives, other company representatives, or clients to register.  The code can either be used to register in-person passes (which also includes access to the virtual event) or to register virtual-only passes.

Platinum: 10 passes
Gold: 6 passes

The virtual event platform for Xen Developer and Design Summit 2022 will be Big Blue Button. The virtual platform link will be available in September. Additional information will be shared with all attendees the week before the event with directions on how to access the virtual event.

Your company logo and URL will appear on the Xen Developer and Design Summit event site.

Sponsors receive a number of full-access passes to Xen Summit based on sponsorship level.

Sponsors may include a personalized message in the post-conference email that will be sent to all opt-in attendees. This message can promote a speaking session, encourage attendees to visit a site, contact you, etc.

Recognition In Marketing Emails
Sponsors will be recognized in marketing emails with logo and link.

Logo On Sponsor Signage Onsite
Platinum and gold sponsor logos will appear on signage at the event.

We are using the virtual event platform BigBlueButton (BBB) that will allow speakers to deliver content by live stream and join live for Q&A text chat with attendees. The platform is an open source web conferencing system and will be easy for everyone to access and use.
