Previously, Pallavi held key leadership roles at IBM, where she focused on database systems and played a pivotal role in the Spark Technology Center. She is a frequent speaker at technology conferences, sharing insights on the future of AI powered search, data, and open-source evolution. Pallavi holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Sreedhar Gade is an industry leader with an impressive career spanning nearly two decades in leading technology, financial, and internet organizations, including Yahoo! Inc and Microsoft. A recognized industry leader, entrepreneur, speaker, and author, Sreedhar is known for his insights on Generative AI, Technology and Leadership. He actively shares his expertise through blogs, social channels, and presentations at numerous conferences and seminars, focusing on Generative AI, Career Guidance and Leadership.

Fernando Garcia Valenzuela (he/him) is the Head of Engineering for Atlassian Cloud Storage, where he leads the geo-distributed teams that build and operate the planet-scale storage and search platform powering Atlassian’s Cloud. His work focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and reliable services that let Atlassian’s 300 000-plus customers find, share and collaborate on content every day.

Fernando draws on more than two decades of experience in distributed systems and platform engineering. Prior to Atlassian he has led engineering teams at Apple and Microsoft where he focused on large scale cloud services.
