Welcome to the EnvoyCon 2020 sponsor deliverables page! This is your one-stop resource for all your sponsorship deliverables and exhibit-related needs.
EnvoyCon will be held virtually on Thursday, October 15, and will be hosted on Hopin’s virtual conference platform.

Conference Schedule
The conference schedule has been announced. You can view the full conference schedule here.
Important Notes:
The conference schedule is automatically displayed in Pacific Standard Time, -8 UTC.
Recommend booth hours and break times are subject to change and are based on the final conference schedule.
Recommended booth staff hours: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Session break time: 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Sponsor Registration
Each sponsor receives a number of complimentary conference passes based on your sponsorship level:
- Diamond: 5 passes
- Platinum: 3 passes
- Gold: 2 passes
- Silver: 1 pass
You can find your sponsor code in the initial welcome email that was sent from sponsorservices@cncf.io
Virtual Booth Deliverables
Diamond, Platinum, and Gold only
Content for your virtual booth will need to be submitted through the EnvoyCon 2020 Virtual Booth Deliverables Form. Please fill out the form by Monday, October 5.
If you have any questions about the booth, please watch the Hopin Virtual Booth Overview. This video also goes through the booth form step-by-step.
Virtual Booth Sneak Peek
On Wednesday, October 7 you will have access to your booth for a sneak peek. This will give you an opportunity to check out how your booth looks and request any final edits. Booth functionality will not be available for the preview. However, it will be thoroughly tested before the event is launched.
Any additional edits are due by Friday, October 9 at 12:00 PM EST.
You will have access to the event platform opens starting on Thursday, October 15, exact time TBD. Once the time is confirmed, this will be updated.
Marketing + Communication Deliverables
Logo Recognition
All Levels
Please review your logo and URL that we have added to the event website: https://events.linuxfoundation.org/envoycon/
Please confirm that everything is correct. If you would like to use a different logo, please send us your company’s URL and logo in our preferred format for our website and marketing deliverables:
- Logo must be provided in stacked format (if available).
- Logo must not be reversed.
- Logo must include name of company (in English).
- Logo must not include taglines.
- Logo must be in vector file format – SVG, AI or EPS
- Logo must match the logo on CNCF’s member page if your company is a member: https://www.cncf.io/about/members/
5-minute Speaking Opportunity
Diamond Only
Submit the following items for your 5-minute speaking session to sponsorservices@cncf.io no later than Monday, September 28. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Session Title
- Brief session description (1,000 characters max.)
- Speaker’s name, job title, company name, and email address
Pre- or Post-Conference Email to Attendees
Diamond and Platinum Only
Diamond and platinum sponsors have the opportunity to send (1) pre- OR post-conference email to attendees who opted-in to receive sponsored content. Dates are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Review the email schedule and send your preferred date to sponsorservices@cncf.io by Friday, September 25.
CNCF will send emails on a conference-branded email template on behalf of the sponsor. Attendee contact details will not be shared. Finalized content and a 640px x 240px header image in PNG or JPG are due at least (7) business days prior to the send date.
Sponsor Message in Post-conference email
All Levels
Sponsors may submit a message to be included in the post-conference email opt-in attendees based on their sponsorship level:
- Diamond: 150 words
- Platinum: 100 words
- Gold: 75 words
- Silver: 50 words
Please submit your message to sponsorservices@cncf.io no later than Thursday, October 8. Late submissions may not be accepted.
Code of Conduct
The Cloud Native Computing Foundation is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for participants at all of our events. All participants are expected to behave in accordance with our Code of Conduct. Sponsors must not use sexualized images, videos, activities, giveaways or other material, or otherwise create a sexualized environment.
The Cloud Native Computing Foundation reserves the right to remove anyone from the event if it is determined that their participation or behavior creates a disruption or hinders the event or the enjoyment of the virtual event by other attendees.
