*Hall Pass Registration:
The Hall Pass option is available to those wanting to network and visit with sponsors onsite. The Hall Pass includes:

  • Technology Showcase/Expo Hall – check out the newest technologies and products showcased by sponsors
  • Attendee Lounge Access – visit and network with attendees in the ‘hallway track’
  • Onsite Evening Booth Crawl and Coffee Breaks
  • Keynote Sessions (via a live feed in the foyer only)

The Hall Pass does NOT include: entrance to Open Source Summit Europe, ELCE or OpenIoT summit conference sessions, entrance to the keynote room, co-located events or the Attendee Reception.

*Academic Registration: Academic registration is for current students and full-time faculty members. Students and full-time faculty will be required to show a valid student/Faculty ID when collecting their badge onsite. If you have any questions, please email

Non-Profit Professionals: Professionals who work at a tax-exempt organization as defined by the IRS may receive a 20% discount on the applicable, full-event registration rate. Please email for a discount code. This discount may not be combined with any additional discounts. Professionals must submit proof of employment as a tax-exempt organization before receiving this discount.

*Hobbyist Registration: You may choose this selection if you are paying for yourself to attend this event and are currently active in the community. Please contact us at to request the Hobbyist Fee access code. Note, there are a limited number of Hobbyist access codes available.

*Alumni Discount: If you were an attendee at Embedded Linux Conference Europe in 2017, you are eligible to receive a 15% discount on your Attendee All-Access full registration for Embedded Linux Conference + OpenIot Summit Europe in 2018.  Please email to have this discount applied to your registration.

Group Discounts: If you have a group of 10 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes (except Hobbyist and Hall Passes). All pass types must be the same, and all registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. To create a group, select “Add Another Person” to your registration. When 10 or more people are added the 10% discount will be automatically applied. Please contact for any questions.

Cancellations and Substitutions
If you must cancel for any reason please notify us via email at  Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received 3 weeks prior to the first day of the event, and may take up to 14 days to process.

If you are unable to attend, you can substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation.
