We look forward to welcoming you next week to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe in Copenhagen, Denmark. Below you will find all logistical details you may need to prepare for your arrival.

Ridesharing:

As a friendly reminder, Uber / Lyft do NOT work in Denmark. TAXA 4×35 offers a convenient, cash-free ride scheduled via a mobile app. The taxi app is free and available on iOS and Android. Be sure to download the app at least 48 hours before use as you are not able to enter your credit card information until after a 48 waiting period.

Badge Pickup:

Please bring your ID and a copy of your confirmation email with you to the Bella Center. Registration will be located at the main entrance of the Bella Center.

• Wednesday, May 2 – 7:00 – 18:00
• Thursday, May 3 – 8:00 – 18:00

If you haven’t done so already, add your favorite sessions to your agenda. Bookmark the mobile schedule on your phone with this link: kccnceu18.sched.com.

Join us at Tivoli Gardens for an evening filled with amusement rides, beautiful gardens, and more. All conference attendees are invited; food will be available, and drinks provided thanks to our sponsor mLab! Transportation will be provided from the Bella Center main entrance. First bus departs at 17:35 and will run on a loop until 21:30.  Don’t forget your name badge and coat – the evening may be chilly!

Additional Resources:

Onsite Resources include a quiet room, nursing room, and all-gender restrooms are available on-site. Please speak with any of the event staff for assistance or further questions.
