Bella Center features a central location in the heart of Ørestad with its own Metro station. It is just six (6) kilometers from the Copenhagen Airport and eight (8) kilometers from the city centre.

The 4-star AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen is beautifully appointed with excellent dining and a prime location near Copenhagen city centre and only a 10-minute drive or 20-minute train/metro ride from the airport. The Hotel Bella Sky is connected directly to the Bella Center.
We have negotiated a discounted conference room rate of 1,345 – 1,495 DKK/night (avg $220 – $240 USD/night) + applicable taxes for attendees. Be sure to book prior to April 9, 2018 – the conference rate is not guaranteed after this date. Reservation cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the booked arrival date to receive a full refund.

A shuttle service operates from 6:00 – 23:00, running every 30 minutes and goes between Copenhagen Airport and the AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen (connected to Bella Center) and Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers. The 15 seats are filled on a first come, first served basis; if the bus is full, other transport expenses are not covered.
At the airport information desk, you will find the hotel’s iPad with a guide to the shuttle parking spot by Terminal 2 from where you can get on the bus. When departing the hotel you order the shuttle bus in the hotel reception.

Bella Center is just a 10-minute taxi drive from Copenhagen Airport.
Price: Approximately DKK 150-200 / EUR 20-27.
TAXA 4×35 offers a convenient, cash-free ride scheduled via a mobile app. The taxi app is free and available on iOS and Android. Be sure to download the app at least 48 hours before use as you are not able to enter your credit card information until after a waiting period.
The train station is located by Terminal 3. The trains run every 10 minutes during the day and 1-3 times an hour during the night.
The metro is located right above Terminal 3. Trains run with 4-6 minute intervals during the day and evening. During the night the train runs every 15-20 minutes.
To reach Bella Center, take a regional train to the Ørestad station and transfer to the Metro M1 line. The Bella Center stop (called “Bella Center”) is just one beyond Ørestad. Note that Intercity Trains DO NOT currently stop at Ørestad Station.
Tickets can be bought at the metro station and at the DSB ticket sales counter in Terminal 3. Please note that machines only accept coins and all major credit cards, not notes.
We have coordinated with Visit Copenhagen to offer attendees an easy and inexpensive public transportation option with a Travel Pass. The pass covers all of Copenhagen and the north of Zealand and can be used as often as necessary within the valid period day and night on bus, train, metro and harbor buses.
Price: DKK 36/EUR 4,8 per day/midnight to midnight (minimum of two days purchase) – up to a 72% discount compared to the normal ticket.

Car and Parking
There is a motorway right to the front door of Bella Center from Denmark and Sweden. Follow the “Airport Motorway,” E20. The exit to Center Boulevard is number 19 and is called “Ørestad” with “Bella Center” listed below.
Parking price: DKK 20/EUR 3 per hour. Minimum DKK 15/EUR 2 and maximum DKK 80/EUR 11 for 24 hours. Payment can be made in cash (DKK and Euro) and credit card.
