Linux Kernel Summit Track at Linux Plumbers Conference will take place in Vancouver, British Columbia from Tuesday, November 13 – Thursday, November 15.

Maintainer Summit will be held October 22 in Edinburgh at the EICC. Linux Kernel Summit track at LPC will be held November 13-15 in Vancouver at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre.
Maintainer Summit –
Registration will be located outside the meeting room approximately 1 hour prior to the meeting start time.
Linux Kernel Track at LPC –
Bring your registration confirmation to the registration desk located in the Junior Ballroom Foyer of the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre.
- Monday, November 12 – If you are attending Linux Kernel Summit Track at Linux Plumbers Conference, pre-registration will open at 3:00 pm.
- Tuesday, November 13 – Thursday, November 15 – 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Name badges must be worn at all times and cannot be shared with other attendees.
Business casual attire is recommended.
If you are staying at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, luggage check is available through either of the hotel check-in desks. There is no coat check available.
If you are attending the Linux Kernel Summit Track at Linux Plumbers Conference, the following meals are provided:
- Daily Breakfast Buffet
- Daily Morning & Afternoon Breaks
- (2) Evening Receptions
If you are attending the closed-door Maintainer Summit and have questions about meals, please email Megan at email@example.com.
Linux Plumbers Conference sessions will be recorded in 2018.
The closed-door Maintainer Summit will not be recorded.

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us via email at email@example.com. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received 3 weeks prior to the first day of the event, and may take up to 14 days to process.
If you are unable to attend, you can substitute another attend in lieu of cancellation. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to process your substitution request.
This does not apply to registration for the closed-door Maintainer Summit. If you can’t attend Maintainer Summit anymore, please email Megan at email@example.com.
No, conference registration is for three full days.
No, there are not volunteer opportunities for this event.

Yes. It is a physical space where conversation and interaction are not allowed, where attendees can go if for any reason they can’t or don’t want to interact with other attendees at that time.
