Academic & Student Registration
Academic and student registrations are for current full-time students and faculty members. Full-time faculty and students will need to show a valid Faculty or Student ID when collecting their badge onsite. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Professionals who work at a tax-exempt organization as defined by the IRS may receive a 20% discount on the applicable, full-event registration rate. Please email email@example.com for a discount code. This discount may not be combined with any additional discounts. Professionals must submit proof of employment as a tax-exempt organization before receiving this discount.
SPEAKERS, SPONSORS & MEDIA

A registration link was shared in an email to your company’s sponsorship contact. Please reach out to your company’s sponsorship contact if you need to register as a Sponsor. For further questions, please email email@example.com.
If you are a member of the media interested in attending this event and have not received a complimentary access code to attend, please contact our Senior Public Relations Manager, Dan Brown, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have a group of 10 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes (except Hobbyist). All pass types must be the same, and all registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. To create a group, select “Add Another Person” to your registration. When 10 or more people are added the 10% discount will be automatically applied. CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations & Substitutions
If you must cancel for any reason please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received 3 weeks prior to the first day of the event, and may take up to 14 days to process.
If you are unable to attend, you can substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation.
