*Hall Pass Registration:
Interested in attending primarily for the Hallway Track to connect with fellow attendees? The Hall Pass is the perfect option offering access to everything Open Source Summit has to offer except the conference sessions.

Includes: Keynote Sessions, Lightning Talks, Exhibit Hall, Attendee Social Events, Hallway Track & Attendee Lounges, T-Shirt and Daily Breakfast/Breaks. It does not include access to any of the Open Source Summit Conference Sessions, Labs or Tutorials.

*Academic Registration:
Academic registration is for current students and full-time faculty members. Students and full-time faculty will be required to show a valid student/Faculty ID when collecting their badge onsite. If you have any questions, please email events@linuxfoundation.org.

Non-Profit Professionals:
Professionals who work at a tax-exempt organization as defined by the IRS may receive a 20% discount on the applicable, full-event registration rate. Please email events@linuxfoundation.org for a discount code. This discount may not be combined with any additional discounts. Professionals must submit proof of employment as a tax-exempt organization before receiving this discount.

*Hobbyist Registration:
You may choose this selection if you are paying for yourself to attend this event and are currently active in the community. Please contact us at events@linuxfoundation.org to request the Hobbyist Fee access code. Note, there are a limited number of Hobbyist access codes available.

*Alumni Discount: If you were an attendee at Open Source Summit in 2017, you are eligible to receive a 15% discount on your Attendee All-Access full registration for Open Source Summit in 2018.  Please email events@linuxfoundation.org to have this discount applied to your registration.

Group Discounts:
If you have a group of 10 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes (except Hobbyist or Hall Passes). All pass types must be the same, and all registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. To create a group, select “Add Another Person” to your registration. When 10 or more people are added the 10% discount will be automatically applied. Please contact events@linuxfoundation.org for any questions.

Speaker Registration:
You should have received a registration link in your acceptance email. If you did not, please contact cfp@linuxfoundation.org for more details.

Sponsor Registration:
A registration link was shared in an email to your company’s sponsorship contact. Please reach out to your company’s sponsorship contact if you need to register as a Sponsor. For further questions, please email events@linuxfoundation.org.

CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS

If you must cancel for any reason please notify us via email at events@linuxfoundation.org.  Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received 3 weeks prior to the first day of the event, and may take up to 14 days to process.

If you are unable to attend, you can substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation.
