Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors receive a tabletop display space which includes (1) 6ft table with black drape, (2) chairs, (1) power strip, (1) lead retrieval license, and shared conference wifi.
You may bring custom tablecloths, pop-up banners, small backwalls, or anything that fits within your footprint. Materials may not go outside your footprint. Subject to CNCF approval.
Giveaway Items
- It is NOT permitted to use the conference logo and branding and/or Linux Foundation and CNCF logos and artwork on any swag or giveaways that are produced and/or distributed by sponsors. Examples include t-shirts, hats or other apparel, stickers, digital assets, and any other branded items whether offered for sale or as free giveaways. CNCF reserves the right to restrict the distribution of any unauthorized items before, during, and after the event.
- Sponsors may not distribute branded lanyards as giveaways to attendees, however, sponsor booth staff may wear their own company-branded lanyards at the event.
- It is not permitted to bring in outside food or beverage as giveaways, especially items that may contain nuts as our events are a nut-free environment (e.g. no chocolate, candy, granola bars).

Lead retrieval information
Each sponsor receives (1) lead retrieval license with their sponsorship.
Please note this does not include a physical device and will require use of a personal device to download the lead scanning app.
We understand some companies have certain policies that do not allow use of a personal device. If necessary, we can facilitate the purchase of a rental device. If you need a purchase physical device, please let us know before August 30.
Exhibitor Admins
A few weeks out from the event, you will receive an email designating you as the Exhibitor Admin. As the Exhibitor Admin for your company, when you log into your account you’ll be able to:
- Purchase and assign your LeadCapture licenses to Booth Staff
- Customize Lead Qualification Questions
- Export lead information from your event
Cvent is the official lead retrieval service provider for gRPC Conf 2023. Please familiarize yourself with your Cvent company portal because proper setup is required to use lead retrieval onsite. The Exhibitor Admin does NOT have to be onsite or scanning leads.
***Please note Cvent LeadCapture does not allow multiple staff to simultaneously use a license. Only one user can use one license. Each device will need its own log in.***
- Do not assign your booth staff licenses until they have registered and you know they are attending. If a license is assigned and activated by a booth staff on a device it cannot be reissued/reused by anyone else or used on a separate device/mobile app.
- We highly encourage booth staff to activate licenses onsite during setup, Tuesday, September 19th.

OUTBOUND SHIPPING
Sponsors will need to package their own items and have return labels ready (please note we cannot print labels onsite). Sponsors will need boxes to be moved to the outbound package location and call the carrier to arrange the pickup or taken out and shipped out by sponsor.
