Host a Project Meeting at HPSF Conference
This year, HPSF is opening the door for select non-HPSF projects to host a meeting alongside the HPSF Conference.
This opportunity is intended for open source projects that are interested in joining HPSF or would like to engage more closely with the HPSF community. Hosting a project meeting during the conference offers dedicated time and space to meet face-to-face with contributors, maintainers, and interested users, while connecting with the broader high-performance software ecosystem.
Project meetings provide a focused setting for discussion, planning, and collaboration within the vibrant atmosphere of the HPSF Conference.
Criteria for Projects to Participate
- The project must be open source with a clear license (a formal governance model is not required).
- The project must align with the mission of HPSF and meet the HPSF project criteria.
Important Notes
- Projects will be reviewed and selected by the Program Committee.
- Space is limited, and not all submissions may be accepted.
- Hosting a project meeting does not include complimentary conference registration. All project meeting participants must be registered attendees of the HPSF Conference.
- All content programming for the project meeting is the responsibility of the applying project. Final session details (including title, description, speakers, and timing) must be provided to the HPSF Conference Events Team no later than two weeks prior to the event for inclusion in the official schedule.
