KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe is right around the corner! We’re looking forward to a successful event in London. See below for important event details.

As part of our commitment to maintaining professionalism and a safe environment, all team members are required to abide by our Code of Conduct.

Any vendors attending the full event will need to register as Event Staff in Cvent and will receive their conference badge on Sunday, 30 March. This applies to the following vendors:

Crew meals are being served based on the schedule below. This room will also include a limited supply of snacks and beverages. If you have questions about the number of crew meals you requested, please reach out to Liz (llonsbrough@contractor.linuxfoundation.org) to confirm.

All vehicles accessing the venue’s lorryway and loading doors for exhibit hall load-in or load-out must be registered through the Voyage Control Booking system before arriving onsite.

Timeslots are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

How to reserve a timeslot:

  1. Go to https://excellondon.voyagecontrol.com/
  2. Create a new account or log in with an existing account if you have used the venue’s booking system before.
  3. Once logged in, click on “Make a Booking” in the menu on the left side of the Voyage Control homepage.
  4. Select “KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2025” from the event drop-down.
  5. Select “Organisers” as the user type.
  6. Enter the booking code KCEU25CNCF
  7. Select your event phase and date.
  8. Under “Access Points” choose any of the North or South Doors. Vehicles will be directed to available doors once they arrive onsite.
  9. Continue to enter your vehicle information and select your preferred timeslot.
  10. After booking a timeslot, you will receive a QR code, which must be presented at the Traffic Admission Office at Excel London.
  • Each vendor / supplier organization should designate (1) person to act as Vendor Manager, this person will be responsible for managing the daily wristband pickup process for the entire group.
  • Appointed Vendor Managers must check in daily at the vendor check-in table (Check-in hours listed in the table below).
    • In the middle of the Boulevard, Level 1, between North Hall Entrance 9 and South Hall Entrance 9.
    • At the Traffic Administration Office before accessing the lorryway (only for drivers and passengers of vehicles accessing the lorryway for load-in or load-out).
  • The Vendor Manager will receive the pre-ordered number of wristbands for that day.
  • The appointed Vendor Manager will then be responsible for distributing the wristbands to each team member / worker onsite each day.
  • This location is where the designated Vendor Manager will be located to distribute wristbands to their team.
  • Access to areas will be denied if you / your team members do not have a wristband, so ensure that you select a meeting location that is:
    • Outside of the exhibit halls, auditorium and breakout rooms
