Code of Conduct
As part of our commitment to maintaining professionalism and a safe environment, all team members are required to abide by our Code of Conduct.
Registration
Any vendors attending the full event will need to register as Event Staff in Cvent and will receive their conference badge on Sunday, 30 March. This applies to the following vendors:

Hotel Accommodations
If you require accommodations, you should have received a hotel confirmation email directly from the hotel property. If you did not receive confirmation or you have questions about your reservation, please contact our Housing Team, housing@linuxfoundation.org.

We will communicate onsite via WhatsApp within the KC + CNC EU 2025 community. You can join the community and area/department groups now or wait to be added by your Event Team lead.

Crew Meals
Crew meals are being served based on the schedule below. This room will also include a limited supply of snacks and beverages. If you have questions about the number of crew meals you requested, please reach out to Liz (llonsbrough@contractor.linuxfoundation.org) to confirm.

The CenrEd Restaurant is accessible via the South Hall (through the Solutions Showcase) or the exterior of the building along the waterfront (outside of the West Entrance).

Lorryway + Loading Doors Access
All vehicles accessing the venue’s lorryway and loading doors for exhibit hall load-in or load-out must be registered through the Voyage Control Booking system before arriving onsite.
Timeslots are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
How to reserve a timeslot:
- Go to https://excellondon.voyagecontrol.com/
- Create a new account or log in with an existing account if you have used the venue’s booking system before.
- Once logged in, click on “Make a Booking” in the menu on the left side of the Voyage Control homepage.
- Select “KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2025” from the event drop-down.
- Select “Organisers” as the user type.
- Enter the booking code KCEU25CNCF
- Select your event phase and date.
- Under “Access Points” choose any of the North or South Doors. Vehicles will be directed to available doors once they arrive onsite.
- Continue to enter your vehicle information and select your preferred timeslot.
- After booking a timeslot, you will receive a QR code, which must be presented at the Traffic Admission Office at Excel London.
Vendor Check-in Process
Approved wristbands will be required to enter the venue 26 March – 6 April.
Designated Vendor Managers must pick up wristbands before your crew arrives.
Determine a location for wristband distribution and communicate the location and time(s) to your team.
Without the proper wristband, you / your team will be unable to access Excel, London
