Dear {Name},

I’d like to attend KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Japan taking place June 16-17, in Tokyo. I’ve researched many conferences and this is THE conference for gathering adopters and technologists from open source and cloud native communities to share best practices, Cloud Native Computing Foundation project technical deep dives, problem-solving, and more.

This inaugural event will bring together more than 1,000 talented individuals from across the ecosystem to engage, network, and collaborate within the cloud native community. The event will feature a variety of sessions including presentations, deep-dive technical lectures, and visionary keynotes from industry leaders. Attending these sessions will allow me to build my knowledge on best practices and new trends in the rapidly evolving cloud native ecosystem.

Here’s how I envision my attendance at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Japan strengthening our company:

  • KubeCon + CloudNativeCon offers a variety of sessions, including presentations, deep-dive technical lectures, and visionary keynotes from industry leaders. Attending these sessions will allow me to build my knowledge on best practices and new trends in the rapidly evolving cloud native ecosystem.
  • The infamous “hallway track” at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon will allow me to meet the top technical minds in the ecosystem. I hope to meet others that might face the same challenges and problems I do so that we can work together to solve technical issues now and in the future. Creating strategic partnerships at the event could be very useful in the future when we encounter new challenges.

Learn more about the conference and view transparency reports from previous events.

If I register before February 17 the fee is only $425 USD for an All-Access pass. Included in the All-Access Pass are all keynotes and sessions, access to the sponsor showcase, networking reception, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks.

I would be happy to write a post-conference report and share with other members of the team what I’ve learned and how we can implement these open source tools and techniques into our business strategy.

Thanks,
