Linux Foundation AI Executive Forum

About

The AI Executive Forum is a curated, invite-only convening of 100 senior leaders shaping the future of open AI — spanning open source software, open models, open data, and open science. Hosted by the Linux Foundation, the half-day forum brings together industry leaders for high-signal discussion at a moment when AI is rapidly becoming foundational infrastructure.

The program combines short executive briefings from leaders across key open AI projects with facilitated, small-group discussions focused on interoperability, security and trust, and the emerging coordination challenges of agentic systems. The goal is shared learning across ecosystems — surfacing constraints, identifying gaps, and exploring where collaboration can meaningfully accelerate progress.

By convening voices both inside and outside the Linux Foundation’s project communities, the forum creates space for thoughtful exchange, cross-pollination of ideas, and early problem-solving around the technical and governance questions that will define the next phase of open AI.
