Priya Nagpurkar is the Vice President of AI-native Systems research at I.B.M.’s T.J. Watson Research Center in New York. She leads a global team of systems and AI experts working on all interesting aspects of the AI platform — from scalable, performant, and efficient deployment of AI to the use of AI to transform how systems are built and managed in the future. Her team has worked on multiple influential open-source projects such as Istio, Knative, PyTorch, vLLM, llm-d and contributed to several impactful IBM offerings. Priya’s early work at IBM Research focused on characterizing and optimizing emerging workloads across different layers of the application and system stack, with an emphasis on language runtimes and processor architecture and design. Priya holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is passionate about making computing fast and consumable.

Chanran Kim is a Senior Developer Relations Manager at NVIDIA, where he drives AI adoption across the Korean startup and enterprise ecosystem. He focuses on generative AI and model building, accelerating the use of NVIDIA’s technology stack — including NeMo, Nemotron, and Cosmos — from open-source model development to agentic AI applications across industries. As the founder of Pseudo Lab, a nonprofit AI developer community, he is also a pivotal force in nurturing Korea’s developer ecosystem and lowering barriers for the next generation of AI builders.

Ana Jiménez Santamaría is an open source community leader and data scientist with 5+ years of experience at the Linux Foundation, working as Sr. project manager supporting global, multi-stakeholder IT ecosystems. She is also an Agentic AI Foundation Ambassador, helping developers and OSPO teams understand agentic AI projects and open standards such as MCP, Goose, and Agents.md

Ana is currently actively involved in TODO Group’s Agentic AI to Empower OSPOs Working Group and co-chairs the PyTorch Academic Outreach Working Group. Before joining the Linux Foundation, she worked at Bitergia on software development analytics. Ana holds a master’s in Data Science at Rey Juan Carlos University with a thesis in measuring the health of open source developer ecosystems

Honglak Lee is currently an Executive Vice President and Chief Scientist of Artificial Intelligence at LG AI Research and an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Previously he worked as a Research Scientist at Google Research, Brain Team. He received his Ph.D. from Computer Science Department at Stanford University in 2010, advised by Prof. Andrew Ng. His research focuses on deep learning and representation learning, which spans over unsupervised and semi-supervised learning, supervised learning, transfer learning, reinforcement learning, structured prediction, graphical models, and optimization. His methods have been successfully applied to computer vision and other perception problems. He received best paper awards at ICML and CEAS. He has served as a guest editor of IEEE TPAMI Special Issue on Learning Deep Architectures, as well as area chairs of ICML, NIPS, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, AAAI, IJCAI, and ICLR. He received the Google Faculty Research Award (2011), NSF CAREER Award (2015), and was selected as one of AI’s 10 to Watch by IEEE Intelligent Systems (2013) and a research fellow by Alfred P. Sloan Foundation (2016).

Kate Stewart works with the safety, security and license compliance communities to advance the adoption of best practices into embedded open source projects. She has launched the ELISA and Zephyr Projects, as well as supporting other embedded projects. With more than 30 years of experience in the software industry, she has held a variety of roles in software development, architecture, and product management, primarily in the tooling and embedded ecosystem working with international teams.

Greg Kroah-Hartman is among a distinguished group of software developers who maintain Linux at the kernel level. In his role as a Linux Foundation Fellow, he continues his work as the maintainer for the Linux stable kernel branch and a variety of subsystems while working in a fully neutral environment. He also works closely with Linux Foundation members and projects, and on key initiatives to advance Linux.

Greg created and maintains the Linux Driver Project. He is also currently the maintainer for the Linux stable kernel branch and a variety of different subsystems that include USB, staging, driver core, tty, and sysfs, among others. Most recently, he was a Fellow at SUSE.

Greg is an adviser to Oregon State University’s Open Source Lab and a member of The Linux Foundation’s Technical Advisory Board. He has delivered a variety of keynote addresses at developer and industry events, and has authored two books covering Linux device drivers and Linux kernel development.

Jim’s career spans three of the largest technology trends to rise over the last decade: mobile computing, cloud computing and open source software. Today, as executive director of The Linux Foundation, he uses this experience to accelerate innovation in technology through the use of open source and Linux.

At The Linux Foundation, Jim works with the world’s largest technology companies, including IBM, Intel, Google, Samsung, Qualcomm, and others to help define the future of computing on the server, in the cloud, and on a variety of new mobile computing devices. His work at the vendor-neutral Linux Foundation gives him a unique and aggregate perspective on the global technology industry.

Jim has been recognized for his insights on the changing economics of the technology industry. His writing has appeared in Businessweek, Wired, and other top technology journals, and he is a regular keynote speaker at industry events. He advises a variety of startups, including Splashtop, and sits on the boards of the Global Economic Symposium, Open Source For America, and Chinese Open Source Promotion Union.
