Please note, rooms will most likely sell out in advance of the room block close dates listed below. We encourage you to book early to secure a room at the conference rate.

Important: The Linux Foundation will never reach out to attendees by phone to make hotel reservations for our conferences. Please be advised that the most secure way to book in our discounted room block is by using the direct booking link provided below or by calling the hotel directly. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

REAL ID Compliance
Starting May 7, 2025, all U.S. travelers flying domestically will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or an acceptable alternative (such as a passport) to board their flight. The Colorado Convention Center parking garage is located at 1652-1698 N Speer Blvd, Denver, CO 80202 and costs $25 per day. Please note that the parking garage is not attached to the Center, and some walking will be necessary.

SHIPPING

Each company is responsible for shipping and tracking their own exhibit materials to and from the conference. If you plan to ship items for your booth, please read the instructions below carefully.

Advance Warehouse Shipping Information
  • The Colorado Convention Center will not accept shipments directly. Please send all shipments to the Freeman advance warehouse.
  • Ship early to avoid delays and save money.
  • Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded material beginning 8 AM MST on May 23, 2025 at the address below. 
  • Material arriving after 3:30 PM MST on June 16, 2025 will be received at the warehouse with an additional late fee after the deadline. Warehouse closes 3:30 PM on Friday, June 20. 
  • Please note that the Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108″ H x 93″ W.
  • Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
  • If required, provide your carrier with this phone number: (888) 508-5054.
Inbound Shipments to Advance Warehouse

Freeman will accept shipments at the advance warehouse no earlier than 8:00 AM MST on Friday, May 23. All shipments received after Friday, June 16, 3:30 PM MST will incur additional late fees and may not be delivered in time. All shipments to the warehouse must be sent to the following address:

Provide Tracking Information

Please submit all tracking numbers for your shipments via the form below so that we can ensure that your items are delivered to the conference venue.

Onsite Security + Storage

Please do not leave valuable items unattended at your booth. All items must be removed from the booth space by 5:15PM on Thursday, June 26. Any left behind items may be discarded at the sponsor’s expense.

There is no official storage space for this event. Please store empty boxes under your tabletop exhibit.

Outbound Shipping Instructions + Information

A Material Handling Agreement must be filled out for any shipment leaving the Sponsor Showcase. These forms can be completed onsite. ALL of your booth materials need to be packed, labeled, and ready for shipping when you leave your booth. Freeman will be onsite to assist with any last minute updates!
