Dear {Name},

I’d like to attend the upcoming SOSS Fusion 2024 taking place October 22-23, in Atlanta. I’ve researched many conferences and found that this is the conference bringing together a diverse array of professionals – from the public sector to software developers, security engineers and cybersecurity experts to CISCOs, CIOs, Founders and tech pioneers.

Nearly 500  talented individuals from across the ecosystem will gather to share learnings, highlight innovation, and discuss the move towards a more secure digital future.

Here’s how I envision my attendance at SOSS Fusion 2024  strengthening our company:

  • SOSS Fusion  offers a variety of sessions, including Lightning Talks, presentations,  and visionary keynotes from industry leaders. Attending these sessions will allow me to build my knowledge and learn from other community members on best practices, find out more on how Networking is revolutionizing hot markets like AI, Containers, Microservices, and IoT and learn how multiple Open Source and Open Standards Initiatives are all coming together.
  • The infamous “hallway track” at SOSS Fusion  will allow me to meet the top technical minds in the ecosystem. I hope to meet others that might face the same challenges and problems I do so that we can work together to solve technical issues now and in the future. Creating strategic partnerships at the event could be very useful in the future when we encounter new challenges.

If I register before August 9, the fee is only $399. Included in the registration fee is access to all keynotes and sessions, access to the sponsor showcase, hallway tracks and lounges, continental breakfast, and morning and afternoon breaks. It also includes entrance to the evening events, including the onsite reception, and other networking events.

I would be happy to write a post-conference report detailing what I’ve learned, and recommend any changes we can implement to improve our practices.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I hope we can make this opportunity work.

Thanks,
