Lead Retrieval
General Lead Retrieval Information
Each sponsorship level includes (1) unlimited lead retrieval license for collecting attendee contact information at your onsite booth as noted on your sponsorship contract. You must properly set up lead retrieval on your company portal and mobile device, and scan for leads onsite to generate a lead report.
Invites to your company portal will be sent latest by EOD Wednesday, October 16. If you do not receive an invite by this day please email Courtenay at cpope@linuxfoundation.org.
Lead Retrieval Options
Option 1: Mobile App
Select this option if you would like to use the lead retrieval license included in your sponsorship, and will use the mobile app on your own personal devices only.
We are using a new lead retrieval provider where (1) lead retrieval license is essentially unlimited. You can have multiple booth staff scanning for leads and all leads will go into 1 report.
Option 2: No Lead Retrieval
Select this option if you don’t want to collect leads onsite and don’t need access to a lead retrieval license, or you will not be exhibiting onsite.
If have any questions, please email Marissa at cpope@linuxfoundation.org
Lead Retrieval Rules + Regulations
- Only the event lead retrieval provider may be used to scan attendee badges within your exhibit booth ONLY. - All attendees must verbally consent prior to scanning their name badge.
- All attendees must adhere to our onsite health + safety guidelines in the Sponsor Showcase. It is each sponsor’s responsibility to manage crowds in their booth and adjacent aisles.
