Sponsor tabletops will be in the Foyer Area on the upper ground floor. All times below are in CEST. Check back frequently, as times may change slightly between now and the event. *All tabletops must be completely set by 10:15.

Open Hours:

Tear Down:

4 September: Confirm company name, logo, URL, and use of exhibit space

11 September: Collateral description due for approval (diamond only)

14 September: Registration deadline

Collateral Distribution:
Ability to provide a piece of collateral or giveaway for attendees when they check in near registration onsite.

You may bring your own tablecloth.

Pull-up banners are permitted as long as they fit within your booth space (6ft x 4ft). Banners may not be placed in front of your table or on the sides of your table.

Each company is responsible for shipping and tracking its exhibit materials to and from the conference. If you plan to ship items for your exhibit space, please read the shipping and material handling instructions below.
