The sponsor showcase will be held in the Sakura Room on the third floor of the Hilton Tokyo.

Sponsor Receives

• 6ft table (or similar size) with table drape
• 2 chairs
• 1 power drop with power strip
• Conference wifi

You may bring your own tablecloth.

Pull-up banners are permitted as long as they fit within your booth space (6ft x 4ft). Banners may not be placed in front of your table or on the sides of your table.

FLOOR PLAN

The Hilton Tokyo will accept shipments starting Thursday, February 20. Please label packages with the following information:

*Shipments can be accepted starting February 20 (If received before February 20, fees are 1,000 JPY per box/per day).

Please add your shipping information to the sponsor shipment tracking form so event management can ensure your boxes are delivered to your exhibit table for set up.

The following sponsor levels receive speaking opportunities at the event:

Diamond – Day 1 keynote (20 minutes)

Platinum – Day 1 keynote (15 minutes)

Gold – Keynote (15 minutes)
