EXHIBIT SPACE
The sponsor showcase will be held in the Pre-Function space on the fourth floor of the Fairmont Tokyo.
Sponsor Receives
- 6ft table (or similar size) with table drape
- 2 chairs
- 1 power drop with power strip
- Conference wifi
You may bring your own tablecloth.
Pull-up banners are permitted as long as they fit within your booth space (6ft x 4ft). Banners may not be placed in front of your table or on the sides of your table.
