Corporate (In-person only)
The Corporate Registration type is for registrants whose company is paying for in-person attendance to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon. This includes for-profit companies and government employees. You will help keep the conference affordable for everyone, especially students and those needing financial aid.

Individuals (In-person only)
The Individual Registration type is for registrants who are currently not working for a company, work for a non-profit or are attending in person at their own expense (i.e. not funded by a company). You will receive confirmation within five business days of registering if your Individual registration is approved or needs additional information.

Academics (In-person only)
The Academic Registration type is for registrants who are currently a student or faculty at a college or university. Student/faculty attendees will be required to upload a photo of valid student/faculty ID during the registration process and it may be requested while checking in on-site.

Speakers
Only accepted speakers via the CFP process will receive complimentary speaker registration. If you are an accepted speaker and did not receive your code, please email speakers@cncf.io.

DISCOUNTS

Join the CNCF End User Community & receive tickets to KubeCon
Cloud native end users can send people to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America either in person or virtually AND join with other cloud native leaders like Apple, Bloomberg, and Spotify. The End User Community, which is limited to companies that do not sell cloud native services, has a private monthly call, email list, Slack channel, and Github repo with direct access to project maintainers and other community leaders. The End User Supporter costs $4,500 annually for companies with more than 300 employees or $1,800 for companies with less than 299 employees. How many passes can my company get?
For the in-person event:

  • Supporter Members w/less than 300 employees: 2 in-person passes
  • Supporter Members w/300+ employees: 5 in-person passes
  • Silver, Gold, Platinum End User Members: 10 in-person passes

For the virtual event:

  • All End User Members: Unlimited passes

Group Discounts
If you have a group of 5 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes. To request a group discount code, email events@cncf.io.

All pass types must be the same, and all registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. To create a group, select “Add Another Person” to your registration and add the discount code on the payment page.  Please note: this discount may not be combined with any additional discounts. LF TRAINING DISCOUNTS

Linux Foundation Training is pleased to offer discounts for each attendee pass type for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2021. Each one-time use coupon is only available for attendees of the event and will expire as of 11:59 PM PDT on Monday, October 18, 2021. The discount cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Only valid for new training purchases and cannot be applied to a previously purchased exam or bundle. Details on how to access and download the coupon will be provided to registered attendees between Wednesday, October 13 and Friday, October 15, 2021.

Certificates of Attendance
To request a Certificate of Attendance, please submit a request herePlease Note: We verify attendance through the registration system, and Certificate of Attendance letters are sent out after the event is completed. 


CANCELLATIONS + SUBSTITUTIONS

If you must cancel for any reason, please log back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify” button, and select “Unregister.” If you need further assistance, email at events@cncf.io. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, refunds will be issued up until October 9, 2021, 11:59 PM PDT and all processing fees will be waived.

Note to Event Participants on Email Scams to Purchase Attendee Lists
There has been a growing number of emails going out claiming to sell the attendee list for this event. We never sell attendee lists or contact information, nor do we authorize others to do so. Anyone claiming to be authorized to do so is fraudulent. At this time we have no reason to believe that they have obtained the attendee list, which we never publicly share for exactly this reason. If you receive an email claiming to sell an attendee list for this event, it is fraudulent.
