Chris Aniszczyk is an open source executive and engineer with a passion for building a better world through open collaboration. He’s currently a CTO at the Linux Foundation focused on developer relations and running the Open Container Initiative (OCI) / Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). Furthermore, he’s a partner at Capital Factory where he focuses on mentoring, advising and investing in open source and infrastructure focused startups.

At Twitter, he created their open source program and led their open source efforts. For many years he served on the Eclipse Foundation’s Board of Directors representing the committer community and the Java Community Process (JCP) Executive Committee. In a previous life, he bootstrapped a consulting company, made many mistakes, lead and hacked on many eclipse.org and Linux related projects

Dr. Dawn Foster is an OSS strategy consultant. She is also on the board of CHAOSS and OpenUK, and was previously a co-chair of the CNCF Contributor Strategy Technical Advisory Group. She has 20+ years of experience at companies like VMware and Intel with expertise in community, strategy, governance, and metrics. She has spoken at over 100 industry events and has a BS in computer science, an MBA, and a PhD. In her spare time she enjoys reading science fiction, running, 3D printing, and traveling.

An internationally known open source strategist and community engagement expert, Leslie Hawthorn has spent her career creating, cultivating, and enabling open source communities. She has driven open source strategy in Fortune 10 companies, pre-IPO startups, and Foundation Boards including senior roles at Red Hat, Google, the Open Source Initiative, and Elastic. She currently leads the team responsible for industry community strategy within Red Hat’s Open Source Program Office in the Office of the CTO.

Craig Northway is a Senior Director of Engineering at Qualcomm Technologies Inc. (QTI), a subsidiary of Qualcomm, Inc. Craig leads the Qualcomm Software Content Compliance team, a group formed to improve and implement process, policy and tooling around Open Source software at Qualcomm.

Ana Jiménez Santamaría is an open source community leader and data scientist with 5+ years of experience at the Linux Foundation, working as Sr. project manager supporting global, multi-stakeholder IT ecosystems. She is also an Agentic AI Foundation Ambassador, helping developers and OSPO teams understand agentic AI projects and open standards such as MCP, Goose, and Agents.md

Ana is currently actively involved in TODO Group’s Agentic AI to Empower OSPOs Working Group and co-chairs the PyTorch Academic Outreach Working Group. Before joining the Linux Foundation, she worked at Bitergia on software development analytics. Ana holds a master’s in Data Science at Rey Juan Carlos University with a thesis in measuring the health of open source developer ecosystems

She has spoken at international events, including GitHub Universe, the premier United Nations OSPOs for Good Symposium (current United Nations OSS Week), KubeCon + CloudNativeCon, FOSS Backstage, OSPO Summit China, Open Compliance Summit Japan, DevRelCon Tokyo / London, OpenInfra Days, and Open Source Summit events across Asia, Europe, and North America

Thomas Steenbergen specializes in strategic open source management, helping organizations align their open source practices with their objectives. An expert in open source adoption, community building, and compliance – including Software Bill of Materials (SBOMs). Currently he working for various Open Source Program Offices as a consultant including the OSPO at SIVON (ICT co-op of Dutch schools) and CARIAD (Volkswagen group company). He previously led OSPO at EPAM and HERE. He is a OSS Review Toolkit, TODO group maintainer and a regular contributor to FINOS’s Open Source Readiness, OpenChain and SBOM community (CycloneDX/SPDX).
