• ASAP: Confirm your logo on the OTel Community Day website.
  • If the logo or link needs to be updated, please email the new information to Ashlee Carlson.
• May 23: 5-minute Keynote content & speaker info due 
  • Nicolette Oliaro will reach out to collect this information
• June 6: Workshop Info Due (optional) 
  • Please fill out this form by June 6 if you plan to host a workshop
• June 1: (1) 50-word Message in Event Networking Channel
  • Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors have the opportunity to reach out to attendees with a customized 50-word message that the events team will send out at a designated time in the event Slack channel. Messages may include a call to action, e.g. directing attendees to a conference session or link to an external website. Please email your content by this date.
• June 8: (1) Email to opt-in list of attendees – Deadline to select date
  • You may send (1) pre- or post-conference emails to attendees who opted-in to receive sponsored content. Dates are reserved on a first come first serve basis. CNCF will send emails on a conference-branded email template on behalf of the sponsor. Attendee contact details will not be shared. 
    • Review the email schedule and send your preferred date to Ashlee Carlson by this date. 
    • Please send finalized content in a Word or Google Doc to Ashlee Carlson at least 5 days prior to the date you selected.
• June 13: Don’t forget to register with your sponsor code! 
  • Diamond sponsors receive 5 complimentary in person passes to OTel Community Day. Ashlee Carlson will send these via email.
