- ASAP: Confirm your logo on the PrestoCon website if you have not done so already.
- If the logo or link needs to be updated, please email the new information to Ashlee Carlson.
- ASAP: Confirm use of Table Top space
- Table top space includes a 6 ft table, 2 chairs, power, and 1 lead retrieval license.
- November 18: 10-minute Keynote content & speaker info due
- November 22: (1) Pre-event Email to opt-in list of attendees – Deadline to select date; content due 5 days before send date
- You may send (1) pre-conference emails to attendees who opted-in to receive sponsored content. Dates are reserved on a first come first serve basis. LF will send emails on a conference-branded email template on behalf of the sponsor. Attendee contact details will not be shared. You may include an optional 640px x 300px header image in PNG or JPG.
- Review the email schedule and send your preferred date to Ashlee Carlson by this date.
- Please send finalized content in a Word or Google Doc to Ashlee Carlson at least 5 days prior to the date you selected or we cannot guarantee it will be sent.
- November 22: Custom Project Wristband
- Gold sponsors have the opportunity to brand a custom wristband to be given away at the event.
- Rachel Pedreschi will reach out to coordinate your wristband design.

- November 22: (1) Pre- or Post-event 50-word Message in attendee email
- Sponsors have the opportunity to include a 50-word message in the pre- OR post-event email to attendees (sent by LF). Messages may include a call to action, e.g. directing attendees to a conference session or link to an external website. Please email your content and if you prefer it to appear in a pre- or post- event email by this date.
- November 29: Order A/V for your Tabletop space.
- Need a monitor for your tabletop display? Order a floor supported or tabletop monitor using the below order form. Note that orders placed after December 1 date may incur an additional 25% fee. Please follow instructions in the order form to submit your order to AVMS and copy acarlson@linuxfoundation.org.

- December 1: Post-event survey question due
- Sponsors have the opportunity to add a pre-approved custom question to the post-event attendee survey. Follow-up reporting will be provided with survey results. Submit your question to Ashlee Carlson by this date to be included.
- December 5: Don’t forget to register with your sponsor code!
- Gold sponsors receive 10 complimentary in person passes to PrestoCon. Ashlee Carlson sent this code in your original email confirmation.

OUTBOUND SHIPPING
Sponsors will need to package their own items and have return labels ready (please note we cannot print labels onsite). Sponsors will need boxes to be moved to the outbound package location and call the carrier to arrange the pickup.
