Co-Located Events Speaker Pre-Event Details

We look forward to having you present at a CNCF-hosted co-located events North America 2023! Below you will find all the logistical details needed to prepare as a speaker.

If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to the CNCF-hosted Co-located Event Team and refer to your Speaker Guide to answer many common questions.

Please read and abide by our code of conduct, which is strictly enforced. We ask that speakers especially review and are careful to be inclusive in the words and images used during their presentation.

• All talks will be recorded and uploaded to our CNCF Youtube Channel within 24-72 hours post-event.
• *Live streams are sponsored for the following events ONLY and will be viewable live in the virtual platform on Monday: CiliumCon and Cloud Native Telco Day.

In-Person Speakers

• All speakers must supply their own computer and HDMI adapter to use during their sessions. 
• An AV tech in the room will be available during your presentation. Please visit the AV table in order to be mic’d and to connect your laptop. 
• Breakout rooms will include a screen, projector, and (4) wireless microphones.
• Please repeat any questions asked during Q+A for the virtual audience to follow along.
• We recommend viewing seasoned CNCF speaker Bart Farell’s in-depth speaker training video and accompanying guide ahead of traveling to the event.

Virtual Speakers

• Pre-recorded talks will automatically play at the time listed on the schedule.
