Thank you for your support of the Xen Project Developer and Design Summit 2023, taking place in person in Prague, Czech Republic, and virtually this June 24-26!

Each sponsor receives a number of complimentary passes for the event which can be used for your staff or customers to register.  The code can either be used to register in-person passes (which also includes access to the virtual event) or to register virtual-only passes.

Diamond: 18 passes
Platinum: 4 passes
Gold: 2 passes

Public Transportation
The Prague Congress Centre is adjacent to the Vyšehrad station on Line C of the Prague underground railway network, providing convenient access by public transport from the city’s airport and all major rail and bus stations.

Maps, timetables, fares and route planning are available in English on the Prague Public Transport website.

Parking
Parking is available in the Prague Congress Centre’s underground car park, or above ground on the southern side of the complex.

Onsite parking up to 10 hours – 50 CZK per hour (Approx $2.30 USD per hour)

The virtual event platform for Xen Developer and Design Summit 2023 will be Big Blue Button. The virtual platform link will be available in June. Additional information will be shared with all attendees the week before the event with directions on how to access the virtual event.

Sponsors may include a personalized message in the post-conference email that will be sent to all opt-in attendees. This message can promote a speaking session, encourage attendees to visit a site, contact you, etc.

Platinum sponsors receive a speaking opportunity at Xen Developer and Design Summit. Please send the following information to Jennifer Crowley if you have not done so already so she can add it to the schedule as soon as possible:

We are using the virtual event platform BigBlueButton (BBB) that will allow speakers to deliver content by live stream and join live for Q&A text chat with attendees. The platform is an open source web conferencing system and will be easy for everyone to access and use.

Diamond and platinum sponsors may submit (1) type of collateral for distribution near registration at the event. Please follow the shipping instructions below.
