    Anni Lai is passionate about Open Source and emerging technologies. Her current focus is Generative AI innovation and governance and holds positions of LF AI & Data board director representing the General Class members, Generative AI Commons Chair, and LF Europe Advisory board member. Prior to LF AI & Data, Anni also served on CNCF, OCI, LF Edge, Open Metaverse Foundation, OpenStack Foundation boards and committees and lead many community initiatives.

    Dr. Ofer Hermoni is a respected entrepreneur and a seasoned artificial intelligence and product professional. He has a track record of successfully leading startups in the patents and privacy domains. As a co-founder and the former elected chair of the Linux Foundation AI & Data, Ofer is recognized in the AI community for his significant contributions. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science and has secured over 60 patents in areas such as AI, networking, security, and blockchain, showcasing a blend of entrepreneurial acumen and technical expertise. Currently, Ofer chairs the Generative AI Commons’ Education & Outreach committee. Ofer is advising a range of companies, from startups to multinational corporations, on AI and Generative AI, Product Strategy and Implementation, Business Development, Intellectual Property, Go-To-Market Strategies, Fundraising, and more.

  • Ibrahim Haddad headshot

    Dr. Ibrahim Haddad is the Executive Director of the LF AI & Data Foundation . Throughout his career, Haddad has held technology and portfolio management roles at Ericsson Research, the Open Source Development Labs, Motorola, Palm, Hewlett-Packard, the Linux Foundation and Samsung Research. He writes and speaks on topics ranging from legal compliance to using open source as an R&D tool to drive collaboration and innovation. [@IbrahimAtLinux]

  • Vini Jaiswal headshot

    Vini Jaiswal is a longtime contributor to some of the most widely adopted open source AI and data projects, including Apache Spark, MLflow, and most notably, Delta Lake. Recognized as a Top Voice in AI and Data, Vini is widely known for her impactful work in building scalable AI and data platforms at Databricks, TikTok and Citi, navigating complex global policy landscapes, and shaping AI policies and investments at key institutions such as the U.S. Congress, United Nations, and USPTO.

    She served on several influential boards in the open source ecosystem, including as Chair of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) at the Linux Foundation’s LF AI & Data, Governing Board member of both the Confidential Computing Consortium and LF AI, and Co-chair of the Open Source Programming track at the Grace Hopper Celebration.

    Dr. Andreas Fehlner works as software engineer for artificial intelligence in pre-development with a focus on transferring ideas in the field of AI to working products at TRUMPF Laser. He is passionate about the goals of Open Source for AI. As an elected member of the ONNX (Open Neural Network Exchange) Steering Committee, he is committed to establishing this standard. He also represents ONNX within the Technical Advisory Council (TAC) of the LF AI & Data project. He also is one of the Chairs of the Trusted AI Committee of the LF AI & Data project.

I have a Masters degree in Applied Mathematics from University of Washington, Seattle. In my spare time I make OSS contributions for LLM evaluations.

  • Sachin Varghese headshot

    Sachin Mathew Varghese is a Lead Engineer on the Generative AI Platform at Capital One. He is an open source advocate and has vast experience building software products in the machine learning and MLOps domain focused on model serving at scale, deployment optimizations, monitoring and management operations. Over the last decade, he has built AI solutions at technology organizations across Europe, India and the United States. He is also the lead at the Linux Foundation AI & Data GenAI Commons Applications workstream focused on promoting the adoption and advancement of secure, open and efficient GenAI architectures and applications.

  • Angela Brown headshot

    Angela Brown manages The Linux Foundation’s global conferences, with responsibilities including market research, attendee and sponsorship acquisition, and event marketing and production. She has been producing and marketing events of all types and sizes for over 15 years, primarily in the IT sector. Angela started her career with Red Herring (fka Dasar, Inc.) in 1994, quickly taking over responsibility for the planning of their global IT conferences and C-level summits. Before coming to The Linux Foundation in 2007, she also produced conferences and events at the Sheraton LA Harbor Hotel and the Pan Pacific San Francisco, as well as for OpenDoor Events.
