You must meet all the listed requirements within a single platform – mixing and matching features from different platforms is not an option.

All Linux Foundation and Linux Foundation project events must use a Linux Foundation-vetted registration system—Cvent, Bevy, or RegFox.

These platforms are required because they:

Are integrated with the Linux Foundation’s Single Sign-On (SSO) and other internal systems, including our data lake.
Contain pre-approved legal language that aligns with our policies.
Ensure all registration data is centralized and properly managed.
Comply with our internal GDPR processes to ensure data privacy and protection.

Use of non-approved registration systems is not permitted.
