About

Confidential Computing protects data in use by performing computation in a hardware-based Trusted Execution Environment (TEE). We’re bringing together hardware vendors, cloud providers, and software developers to accelerate the adoption of TEEs through collaboration in open source software. Confidential Computing Developer Summit 2021 (C2DS) will be the first of many developer summits — join us and get in at the very beginning of this exciting new technology space!

WHO: Open Source developers interested in the topic of confidential computing

WHAT: An unconference-style day of collaborative learning, discussion, and demos. Ultimately, it’ll be what YOU make it! In this setting, we will have over-arching topics (Attestation, Cloud Native, and DevModels) for you to select your interest. From these topics, participants will work with the moderator to create the agenda and determine the sub-topics, presenters, and discussions. It’s a truly collaborative space.

WHY: Get in at the very beginning of this exciting space — this is the first developer summit hosted by the CCC! With nine open source projects already underway, this is the place to be if you are interested in Trusted Execution Environments, Hardware Attestation, and hardware-based techniques to secure applications and data in memory.
