Dear {Name},

I’d like to attend KubeCon + CloudNativeCon China taking place 10-11 June, in Hong Kong. I’ve researched many conferences and found that this is THE place for gathering adopters and technologists from leading open source and cloud native communities.

Nearly 1,000 talented individuals from across the ecosystem will gather to share learnings and highlight innovation. The conference serves as a great place to network with industry professionals and learn from the top cloud native experts.

Here is some data from KubeCon + CloudNativeCon China 2024 to give you an idea of who attends and why:

  • For 54% of attendees, this was their first time attending, making it a great place for newcomers to learn.
  • 23% of attendees were developers with 66% in technical positions overall.
  • There were 143 keynote and breakout sessions, ranging from introductory to technical deep-dives to help further education.

To get a feel for what the conference is all about, check out the full transparency report and highlight reel from 2024.

Here’s how I envision my attendance at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon China strengthening our company:

  • KubeCon + CloudNativeCon China offers a variety of sessions, including presentations, deep-dive technical lectures, and visionary keynotes from industry leaders. Attending these sessions will allow me to build my knowledge on best practices and new trends in the rapidly evolving cloud native ecosystem.
  • The infamous “hallway track” at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon China will allow me to meet the top technical minds in the ecosystem. I hope to meet others that might face the same challenges and problems I do so that we can work together to solve technical issues now and in the future. Creating strategic partnerships at the event could be very useful in the future when we encounter new challenges.

If I register before 11 February, the fee is only $249 USD for an All-Access Pass or $150 USD for a Day Pass. Included in the All-Access Pass are all keynotes and sessions, access to the sponsor showcase, networking reception, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks.

I would be happy to write a post-conference report and share with other members of the team what I’ve learned and how we can implement these open source tools and techniques into our business strategy.

Thanks,
