Onsite Child Care Details & RSVP
We are offering complimentary onsite child care this year for children up to 12 years old. Each child (as well as professional child care providers) will need to adhere to the event’s Health and Safety requirements to participate.
Parents will be required to provide food and snacks* for their child(ren).
*This is a peanut-free event, snacks and food must not contain peanuts.
To sign up, please complete the RSVP form by October 10, 2024 at 11:59pm PST.
Please note, we can only provide child care to those who RSVP by the deadline. Due to staffing and licensing restrictions, we are unable to accommodate late or onsite sign-ups.
Child Care Hours*
*Hours subject to change once the schedule is published. Please note that child care professionals will speak English. Children are free to check-out during lunch hours and eat with their parents or pack a lunch to enjoy in the room. We ask that all snacks and meals brought into the child care room are peanut-free. No Show Fee
To optimize our child care resources and ensure a seamless experience for all participants, we have instituted a child care no-show fee policy. Should you register for child care but find yourself unable to attend, we kindly request you email us at least two weeks before the event start date.
Individual requests for late cancellations due to sickness or emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In the case of a no-show without prior cancellation, a $500 fee will be applied to your credit card used to complete your registration.
Your card information will be collected at the time of registration but will not be charged. A charge will only be initiated post-event if you no-show for child care services without proper cancellation notice.
