Sample Letter

I’d like to attend the upcoming KVM Forum 2022 taking place September12-14, 2022, in Dublin, Ireland. I’ve researched many conferences and found that this is the ONLY opportunity for developers and users to meet, discuss the state of Linux virtualization technology, and plan for the challenges ahead.
Nearly 300 talented individuals will gather at this highly technical conference which unites the developers who drive KVM development and the users who depend on KVM as part of their offerings, or to power their data centers and clouds.
Here’s how I envision my attendance at KVM Forum strengthening our company:
- KVM Forum offers a variety of sessions, including presentations and deep-dive technical lectures from industry leaders. Attending these sessions will allow me to build my knowledge and learn from other community members on best practices.
- The infamous “hallway track” at KVM Forum will allow me to meet the top technical minds in the ecosystem. I hope to meet others that might face the same challenges and problems I do so that we can work together to solve technical issues now and in the future. Creating strategic partnerships at the event could be very useful in the future when we encounter new challenges.

If I register before July 5, the fee is only $425. Included in the registration fee is access to all sessions, access to the hallway track, continental breakfast, and morning and afternoon breaks.
