The Linux Foundation will cover 3 hotel nights for all full-time employees, January 21 – 24. Any additional nights for meetings taking place on Thursday and Friday will be charged to the project/department budgets, as will ground transportation, flights & incidental expenses.
All expenses must be approved by your manager prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, the standard policy requires cancellation 72 hours prior to your arrival date in order to avoid being charged the one night’s room and tax deposit taken at the time of booking. Special rates and/or packages might have a different cancellation policy. Please reference your confirmation email for specifics. One notable and common exception to the 72-hour prior cancellation policy is an Advance Purchase rate. Should you elect for this option when available, your credit card will be charged for the full stay and will be non-refundable.
