Lead retrieval

Important: there is no attendee list that can be bought by anyone. If any sponsors receive communications from anyone or any outside parties claiming to sell any sort of attendee list (pre or post event), please do not click or respond to these emails. Just forward the email to LF Sponsor Services at lfsponsorservices@linuxfoundation.org and mark it as spam.

LEAD RETRIEVAL

Only Diamond and Platinum sponsors with a sponsored conference session are eligible for an opt-in sponsored conference session attendee list. With the sponsor’s permission and attendee consent, designated LF event staff will scan attendee badges for approximately the first ten minutes of your sponsored conference session. LF Sponsor Services will share the opt-in sponsored conference session attendee list approximately one week after the event. Email LF Sponsor Services at lfsponsorservices@linuxfoundation.org with any questions you may have.

Lead Retrieval Rules + Regulations

  • Eligible sponsors must confirm interest in lead retrieval for sponsored conference session AND title of sponsored conference session with LF Sponsor Services.
  • Deadlines for deliverables and content must be met in order to fulfill this deliverable. Late submissions or incomplete tasks will result in the LF Sponsor Services assuming the sponsor is opting out of this deliverable.
  • All attendees entering the sponsored conference session must verbally consent prior to scanning their name badge. Attendees will be allowed to enter the sponsored conference session independent of their badge scanning preference.
  • Phone numbers are NOT included by default on lead retrieval lists.
