Onsite Health & Safety
Check this page for updates about health and safety recommendations.
Our community’s well-being is extremely important to us, and creating a safe, worry-free event is our top priority. We will adjust our health and safety protocols as needed while updating this page with information about plans for our attendees onsite. We continue to look to local municipality guidelines to make the best and most informed decisions around onsite safety and requirements. All in-person attendance requirements are subject to change based on local guidelines.
Minneapolis Update
We recognize that recent events and protests in Minneapolis related to federal immigration enforcement have raised concerns in the community and among some of our attendees.
Please know that the safety and well-being of our participants remains our highest priority. We are actively monitoring developments and are in regular contact with local partners, authorities, and venue teams as the situation evolves.
At this time, with the event still more than three months away, we are proceeding with planning for Minneapolis in May based on the timelines and outcomes we’ve seen in other cities that have experienced similar dynamics. If circumstances change in a way that we determine could impact safety or logistics, we will make appropriate adjustments and communicate them promptly.
Should a change in location become necessary, we will make that decision and inform everyone by March 19, 2026.
We understand the apprehension some may feel, and we appreciate your trust and understanding. We will continue to share timely updates as needed.
