Neha Jagadeesh is a founding team member at Eka Care, where she leads AI Engineering. With 13+ years of experience building software, she’s a developer at heart, currently building agentic pipelines and LLM systems that turn frontier AI research into products people love to use. She honed that instinct engineering highly scalable products that reached millions of users at Booking.com and Goibibo, and for the last 6 years she’s brought it to healthcare, solving for doctors, patients, and the healthcare ecosystem. Her current focus is Eka’s clinical Scribe and scaling its agentic platform.

David Nalley is Director of Developer Experience at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he leads efforts to improve how developers interact with AWS services and technologies. He brings over two decades of experience in technology to his role.

Nalley previously served as President of the Apache Software Foundation (ASF) for 4 years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Internet Security Research Group, the organization behind Let’s Encrypt, and is the governing board chair of the Agentic AI Foundation.

At AWS, Nalley works to connect cloud technologies with developer needs and strengthen relationships between AWS and the developer community. His organization focuses on ensuring AWS services meet real-world developer requirements while advancing strategic initiatives that benefit both AWS and the broader developer ecosystem.

I’m Abhijay Jain, an open-source developer and FOSS enthusiast with experience across developer tooling, Bitcoin infrastructure, AI products, and modern web technologies. Over the years, I’ve contributed to global open-source programs and organizations including the Linux Foundation, Google summer of code, Block, UnternehmerTUM, and several community-driven ecosystems.

I started my open-source journey as an LFX mentee with Open Horizon (IBM open source) under the Linux Foundation, where I worked on edge computing and infrastructure tooling. Later, I joined SCoRe Lab as a Google Summer of Code 2022 contributor, followed by working with Infinite Reality (previously Ethereal Engine) as an XROS Fellow in 2023, contributing to extended reality and immersive open-source experiences.

In 2023, I was selected again for Google Summer of Code, contributing to Uptane under the Linux Foundation ecosystem, where I worked on secure automotive software update infrastructure. In 2024, I joined Summer of Bitcoin under Block’s Spiral initiative, focusing on Bitcoin and Lightning ecosystem development. I also worked as an Engineering for Change Fellow with Ampaire on impact-driven engineering initiatives and later participated in Digital Product School Munich Batch #22 by UnternehmerTUM, collaborating on product development and rapid prototyping.

Professionally, I’ve worked as a contractual software developer contributing to AI-driven products and full-stack applications. I’m also part of the Bitshala Developer Fellowship and grant program, contributing to BTCPay Server and Bitcoin-native merchant infrastructure. Currently, I’m working on AAIF Goose as a maintainer, contributor, and grant recipient, focusing on AI developer tooling, integrations, and open-source ecosystem development.

Alongside development, I actively contribute to technical writing, open-source maintenance, mentoring, and community initiatives. I’ve also contributed to projects and communities including Fossasia, JBoss, Layer5, Processing, and several independent open-source initiatives.

Sam Partee is CTO and co-founder of Arcade.dev. He started Arcade in 2024 with Alex Salazar to build the runtime layer for agents. Before Arcade, he was Principal Applied AI Engineer at Redis, where he led the applied AI team and built out the company’s vector search and LLM tooling. Earlier, he worked on ML infrastructure for high-performance computing at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Cray, including SmartSim. Avid open source contributor. CS degree from Haverford College.

Hrittik is a Platform Advocate at Loft Labs and a CNCF Ambassador, with expertise in cloud native technologies and open source communities. He has contributed extensively to developer advocacy, technical writing, and community engagement. Hrittik has been a featured speaker at events such as Kubernetes Community Days, Open Source Summits, and more, and has served as a Program Committee member for several KubeCons and CloudNativeCons.

Aditya Soni is a DevOps/SRE tech professional He worked with Product and Service based companies including Red Hat, Forrester Research, Searce, and is currently positioned at SailPoint as a Senior DevOps Engineer. He holds AWS, GCP, Azure, RedHat, and Kubernetes Certifications.He is a CNCF Ambassador, and AWS Community Builder for 4 years He leads AWS, CNCF, and HashiCorp user groups for Rajasthan State in India. He has spoken at many conferences, both in-person and virtually.

Prashanth Subrahmanyam leads Cloud Developer Advocacy for APAC at Google, focussed on one problem: making agentic AI systems work reliably in production. With two decades of engineering experience spanning SAP, Apigee, and Google, including reliability engineering at Google Pay, he brings practitioner depth to every conversation about what production AI actually requires.
His current work centers on the full production agentic stack: Model Context Protocol (MCP), multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, and evaluation frameworks.

Arjun’s work at the Foundation is focused on shaping and scaling the use of artificial intelligence for social good, with a keen focus on enabling inclusion and expanding adoption in public sector service delivery and equitable digital transformation. His work is grounded in over 15 years of experience in public interest technology and digital inclusion, including extensive engagement in rural and remote communities to understand and accelerate technology adoption in resource-constrained settings. Arjun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Law

Shannon Williams is the Co-founder and President of Obot AI, an open-source software company building the enterprise gateway for the emerging Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard. Obot AI is focused on giving organizations the secure, scalable foundation they need to adopt AI assistants in the enterprise.

Prior to Obot, Shannon was Co-founder and President at Rancher Labs, where he helped build Rancher into the leading Kubernetes management platform. Following Rancher’s acquisition by SUSE, he served as CRO at SUSE, leading global go-to-market for the company’s cloud-native portfolio.
