Onsite Child Care Details & RSVP
The child care form closed on September 19, 2025. If you completed the form, we will be in touch with additional details shortly.
We are offering complimentary onsite child care this year for children up to 12 years old. Each child (as well as professional child care providers) will need to adhere to the event’s Health and Safety requirements to participate.
Parents will be required to provide food and snacks* for their child(ren).
*This is a peanut-free event, snacks and food must not contain peanuts.
To sign up, please complete the RSVP form by September 19, 2025 at 11:59pm PDT.
Please note, we can only provide child care to those who RSVP by the deadline. Due to staffing and licensing restrictions, we are unable to accommodate late or onsite sign-ups.
