• 6 June: Select pre- or post-event email date. Dates are selected on a first-come, first-served basis.

platinum Deliverables

Speaking Opportunity: Platinum sponsors receive a 10-minute keynote speaking opportunity. Our team will reach out with details and deadlines.

Recognition in Opening Session: Platinum sponsors will be recognized during the opening session verbally and with their logo on a “thank you to our sponsors” slide.

Email to Opt-In Attendees

• Platinum sponsors have the opportunity submit content for an exclusive pre-conference email attendees who opted in to receive sponsored content.
• Email can include hyperlinks, but no images.
• Submit your preferred date through the Google form and email your content at least 5 business days prior to the send date you select.
• The Linux Foundation will send emails on a conference-branded email template on behalf of the sponsor. Attendee contact details will not be shared.
• Messages can thank attendees, promote a session, encourage attendees to download marketing materials, visit your tabletop, visit your website, contact you, etc.

Social Media Mention:

• The useR! team will create and post the content for social media mentions. Platinum sponsors receive 1 pre-event post, and 1 post during the event.
• No action is required on your part.

Custom Survey Question:

Sponsors have the opportunity to include 1 custom question in the post-event attendee survey. This can be multiple choice, yes/no, or free response. Linux Foundation will distribute the survey to attendees after the event and will provide follow up reporting.

Recognition On Event Website and Event Signage:

Sponsors will have their logo displayed on the event website and on in-person event signage.

Conference Attendee Passes: 

Sponsors receive a number of passes to the event based on sponsorship level.

Platinum: 5 passes

gold Deliverables

Recognition in Opening Session: Gold sponsors will be recognized during the opening session verbally and with their logo on a “thank you to our sponsors” slide.

Social Media Mention:

• The useR! team will create and post the content for social media mentions. Gold sponsors receive 1 pre-event post, and 1 post during the event.
• No action is required on your part.

silver + bronze Deliverables

Social Media Mention:

• The useR! team will create and post the content for social media mentions. Silver and Bronze sponsors receive 1 pre-event post.
• No action is required on your part.

Recognition On Event Website and Event Signage:

Silver Sponsors* will have their logo displayed on the event website and on in-person event signage. Bronze sponsors will only have their logo included on slide during keynote session onsite.

Conference Attendee Passes: 

Sponsors receive a number of passes to the event based on sponsorship level.

Silver: 3 passes

Bronze: 2 passes

VIOLET + DIVERSITY Deliverables

• No action is required on your part.

Conference Attendee Passes: 

Sponsors receive a number of passes to the event based on sponsorship level.

Silver: 1 passes

Diversity sponsors do not receive complimentary passes.

Diamond and platinum sponsors receive a tabletop display space which includes:

• (1) 1.82m x .9m table with drape
• (2) chairs,
• (1) power strip,
• (1) wastebin
• shared conference wifi

You may bring custom tablecloths, pop-up banners, small backwalls, or anything that fits within your 2m x 1.5m footprint and us under 3m in height. Materials may not go outside your footprint. Subject to approval.

AV Upgrades

If you would like to rent a display monitor for your booth, we have a few options:

• 55″ monitor with HDMI cable – available to Platinum and Gold sponsors only (while supplies last)
• 42″ monitor with HDMI cable – available to Silver and Bronze sponsors (while supplies last)

Orders placed after 6 June are subject to cancellation fees, but orders can be placed after this date, subject to availability.

Shipping Instructions

Each company is responsible for shipping and tracking their own exhibit materials to and from the conference. If you plan to ship items for your booth, please read the following information carefully.

Inbound Shipments to Conference Centre

To ensure on-time delivery to your booth please plan for your shipments to arrive no earlier than 1 July, 2024, and no later than 5 July, 2024. All shipments received before 1 July may incur additional fees. All shipments to the venue must be sent to the following address:

Provide Tracking Information

Please submit all tracking numbers for your shipments via the form below so that we can ensure that your items are delivered to the conference venue.

Onsite Security + Storage

Please do not leave valuable items unattended at your booth. Take valuables such as laptops to your hotel room or visit the Information Desk if you have any questions about storing items elsewhere overnight.  Any left behind items may be discarded at the sponsor’s expense.

Outbound Shipping Information

All sponsors are responsible for their own outbound shipments from the conference. Please reach out to Ashlee Carlson with any questions.
