Each sponsor receives a number of complimentary passes for the event which can be used for your staff or customers to register. 
Platinum: 6 passes
Gold: 3 passes
Silver: 2 passes
Bronze: 1 pass

Each company is responsible for shipping and tracking its own exhibit materials to and from the conference. If you plan to ship items, please read the information below carefully.

If there are packages to ship out after the event, the Hotel’s Banquet Department must be advised 48 hours in advance. Individuals are responsible for repacking, affixing labels, bringing them to the first floor designated outgoing package area, and calling to arrange pickup.

Platinum sponsors receive a speaking opportunity at Xen Project Summit. Please send the following information to Jennifer Crowley if you have not done so already so she can add it to the schedule as soon as possible:
