April 24: Collateral description due for approval (diamond only)

The sponsor showcase will be held in the Pre-Function space on the fourth floor of the Fairmont Tokyo.

Sponsor Receives

• 6ft table (or similar size) with table drape
• 2 chairs
• 1 power drop with power strip
• Conference wifi

You may bring your own tablecloth.

Pull-up banners are permitted as long as they fit within your booth space (6ft x 4ft). Banners may not be placed in front of your table or on the sides of your table.

FLOOR PLAN

We recommend shipping your shipments to get to the hotel by Monday, May 11, so that it is delivered by the time you arrive for setup.

Please add your shipping information to the sponsor shipment tracking form so event management can ensure your boxes are delivered to your exhibit table for setup.

The following sponsor levels receive speaking opportunities at the event:

Diamond – Day 1 keynote (20 minutes)

Platinum – Day 1 keynote (15 minutes)

Gold – Keynote (15 minutes)
