Platinum Kiosks Inclusions:

• One (1) demo kiosk at approximately 3m wide with two (2) stools
• Company logo on kiosk (no custom artwork)
• Tagline on back of kiosk: 1 to 2 lines describing your company
• Wireless internet connection
• One (1) hardwired internet connection
• One (1) 5amps power strip
• One (1) lead retrieval device
• Six (6) 30-minute meetings in private meeting room located in the AGL booth
• Fifteen (15) complimentary tickets to CES

Exclusions

• Graphics: Only a logo is included with your kiosk.  No company graphics on the kiosk or freestanding signage will be allowed.
• Monitor: Not included with the kiosk but can be ordered at your own expense and mounted to the kiosk itself.
• Shipments: Shipping and material handling charges for all boxes, crates, skids, etc. must be handled by CES show decorator, Freeman, and paid for by your company.

Silver Kiosks Inclusions:

• One (1) demo kiosk at approximately 1m wide with one (1) stool
• Company logo on kiosk (no custom artwork)
• Tagline on back of kiosk: 1 to 2 lines describing your company
• Wireless internet connection
• One (1) hardwired internet connection
• One (1) 5amps power strip
• One (1) lead retrieval device
• Two (2) 30-minute meetings in private meeting room located in the AGL booth
• Seven (7) complimentary tickets to CES

Exclusions

• Graphics: A logo is included on the front of your kiosk. The back of your kiosk will include your logo, a tagline, and a QR code with the link to your company website. No other graphics on the kiosk or freestanding signage will be allowed.
• Monitor: Not included with the kiosk but can be ordered at your own expense and mounted to the kiosk itself.
• Shipments: Shipping and material handling charges for all boxes, crates, skids, etc. must be handled by CES show decorator, Freeman, and paid for by your company.

The only way to receive a complimentary exhibitor badge is through AGL.

Each sponsorship level has a limited number of exhibitor badges available.  Please refer to your level below to see the number of badges and a form to pre-register them.  Within 7 days of completing the form, an email will be sent to the unique email addresses supplied, requesting you to complete registration with CES.  This must be completed to finalize your registration.

Be sure that any staff members needing access during setup and teardown times are registered for exhibitor badges.  A unique email address must be supplied for each person.

Advanced Warehouse

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, skidded materials starting Monday, November 13.  Advanced freight to the warehouse is due by Wednesday, December 20.

Advanced Warehouse Shipping Label

*Warehouse hours are M-F 7 AM – 2:30 PM.  The warehouse will be closed November 23-24, December 22, December 25, and January 1.

DIRECT TO VENUE

All direct shipments must check in at the Freeman Marshalling Yard. The address for the Freeman Marshalling Yard is 6555 W Serene Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89139. Shipments may not arrive at the marshalling yard before December 29. The marshaling yard will promptly close at 10 AM on Sunday, Dec. 31. Marshalling Yard Receiving hours are 6 AM – 6 PM daily; closed on holidays. Drivers must check in no later than 3 PM in order to be off-loaded on arrival date.

Direct shipments to the LVCC will be charged $0.67 per pound. Benefits of shipping direct to show site include:

• Material handling rates are lower than shipping in advance to the warehouse.
• Allows more time to prepare your exhibit and/or plan for what you are shipping to the show.

Direct shipping labels are located below. Copy the required number of labels to adequately label your shipment then place a label on each individual box/crate, even if they are going to be shrink-wrapped together.

Shipment Tracking

Complete the Shipment Tracking Form so we can ensure your shipment is at the booth prior to your arrival for setup.

Material Handling

Material handling includes unloading exhibit material, storage, and delivery to booth.  It is $0.67 per pound.

Please note that the Freeman warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigeration or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108″H x 93″W. Certified weight tickets are required for all shipments.

All sponsors are responsible for their own material handling charges and must work with directly on payment.

Shipping and Material Handling Checklist

Storage

Large boxes, crates, skids, etc. must be taken away during set-up by Freeman.  During the show, if you have a small box of giveaways/collateral, or personal belongings, there will be a small lockable storage space in the AGL booth.  Please help us to keep the booth floor clean by utilizing this space.

KIOSK SELECTIONS

Kiosk selection will be done by level and in the order that applications were submitted.  The kiosk selection process will start shortly.  Each company will have 48 hours to respond with their top space selection (or however many booths are available for selection in that level).  If a response is not received within that timeframe, we will move on to the next company.

Your company representative should have indicated on the Sponsor Confirmation Form if you have any of the following needs.  If this was not done, please contact us right away.

Lead Retrieval

One (1) lead retrieval device is provided for each Platinum, Gold, and Silver level demo.  If you would like to order an additional lead retrieval device at your own cost, please email Christie Davis (cdavis@linuxfoundation.org) by December 8, 2023.

Monitor

Monitors may be added to your kiosk for an additional fee.

Silver Kiosks: you may order (1) 43″ monitor for $450

The AGL booth includes a meeting room directly within the booth, that looks out into the rest of the booth to provide for easy referencing during meetings.

This meeting room is provided as a sponsorship deliverable for Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors, as listed below.
