Allan is an entrepreneur, business builder, and cross-border leader focused on helping enterprises drive measurable outcomes through automation and AI adoption. He currently serves as Vice President and General Manager for Workato Japan, and Senior Advisor for Workato Asia Pacific, where he founded and scaled Workato’s APAC business.

Over the past decade, he has worked closely with CEOs, CIOs, and senior leaders across Japan, Singapore, and the US to modernize operations, connect systems, and orchestrate end-to-end workflows that improve speed, productivity, and resilience. He is especially passionate about helping organizations move beyond AI experimentation toward practical adoption that creates real business impact.

Outside of work, he enjoys bringing people together and building communities through volunteer leadership and board roles, including the Singapore Chamber of Commerce in Japan. He is energized by building from zero, scaling with great teams, and turning ambitious ideas into reality.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore with a Minor in Computer Science and Technopreneurship. Recently, he graduated from Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

I am David Soria Parra, I am a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic. I have a rich history in developing and maintaining open source software. I’ve actively contributed to the PHP programming language as a core developer and was responsible for the official releases of PHP 5.4 and PHP 5.5. I actively contributed to Git and Mercurial and developed key features within Mercurial such as bookmarks, pager, shelving and more. Between 2013 and 2017 I was a software engineer at Facebook’s developer infrastructure team. From 2017 I managed increasingly larger teams and organisation within Facebook, with a particular focus on extending our internal tools to new development areas such as VR, AR and ASIC development. In 2021, I moved to London where I lead an organisation of 45+ people across multiple managers, focusing Static Analysis and Simulation-based Testing teams. In 2023 I was an enterpreneur in residence at Sutter Hill Ventures in London. I joined Anthropic in April 2024. I am the co-creator of the Model Context Protocol.

Yoshiyuki Tabata is a Chief OSS Consultant at Hitachi OSPO with more than a decade of experience in identity and access management (IAM), authentication, authorization, and API security. He is a contributor to Keycloak, a co-author of the CNCF IAM Whitepaper, and serves as Tech Lead of CNCF TAG Security & Compliance. He is also a CNCF Ambassador and AAIF Ambassador, actively contributing to cloud native security, identity standards, and emerging AI agent ecosystems.

Lin is the Head of Open Source at Solo.io, and a CNCF TOC member and ambassador. She has worked on the Istio service mesh since the beginning of the project in 2017 and serves on the Istio Steering Committee and Technical Oversight Committee. Previously, she was a Senior Technical Staff Member and Master Inventor at IBM for 15+ years. She is the author of the book “Istio Ambient Explained” and has more than 200 patents to her name.

Ola Hungerford is a Principal Engineer at Nordstrom and a maintainer and community moderator for the Model Context Protocol. She leads AI enablement initiatives while contributing to MCP’s specification, developer tooling, documentation, and community governance. Ola comes from a diverse technical background spanning two decades, including personalization systems and enterprise platforms. She’s also a vocalist and songwriter who experiments with augmenting human creativity through technology.

Kaz Sato, a Staff Developer Advocate from the Cloud AI team, has authored over 25 ML/AI blogs and demos for Google Cloud’s official blog. His work has garnered attention from Jeff Dean and Eric Schmidt, and been featured in Newsweek and The New Yorker. He’s a regular speaker at Google I/O and Cloud Next, and has presented internationally in 17 countries. Kaz also shares ML/AI updates with his 20,000 X followers.

Mazin Gilbert is the Executive Director of the Agentic AI Foundation, part of the Linux Foundation. An IEEE Fellow with a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and a Wharton MBA, Mazin brings 25+ years of experience driving AI innovation from research to global-scale deployment. His career spans senior leadership at Google as Director of Engineering for Google Distributed Cloud AI/ML, and at AT&T as VP of Network Analytics and Automation. Mazin has built production-grade GenAI, machine learning, and agentic AI platforms at scale. He co-founded open-source landmarks including ONAP, Akraino, and Acumos, and helped found the LF Networking, LF Edge, and LF AI. He has served on the boards of the Open Network Foundation, NSF MLWINS, and the International Computer Science Institute at Berkeley. Mazin holds 260+ U.S. patents, has authored 100+ research papers, and became an IEEE Fellow in 2012 for pioneering contributions to speech processing.
