I write books about technology, the future and how rapid changes will impact businesses and society. I also enjoy conceiving and developing products. I often work with teams (from early stage to late stage) as C-level consultant for product marketing and marketing (strategic/tactical). I am equally comfortable marketing to consumers and developers/technologists, having worked in both worlds often. I am a regular contributor to Fortune, Foreign Policy and other publications, My early career was in journalism at top-level publications like Bloomberg BusinessWeek. I also dabble in code (I’m learning and enjoy coding). I do corporate innovation consulting for companies seeking to understand exponential technologies and map the impact onto their business and their employees.

I have worked to help grow communities and products around a number of important areas including Node.js, Servo/Rust, Mozilla Firefox, and the broad Open Data movement.

Angie Jones is the VP of Developer Experience at the ​Agentic AI Foundation

An award-winning educator and international keynote speaker, Angie shares her extensive knowledge with software companies and conference audiences worldwide.

As a Master Inventor, Angie is recognized for her innovative, out-of-the-box thinking, which has led to 27 patented inventions in virtual worlds, collaboration software, social networking, smarter planet initiatives, and software development processes.

Amanda is an experienced developer and developer advocate. She leads developer relations at Vapi, a voice AI orchestration platform. She brings experience in agentic AI and MCP, having cofounded the MCP server builder community and shipped MCP integrations during her time at Apollo GraphQL. Amanda is currently focused on the intersection of voice AI and the agentic developer ecosystem, and on supporting developers building more human interfaces to the world. In her free time, Amanda enjoys cooking, reading, nostalgic video games, and being out in nature.

Manager of the AI Architecture team within Red Hat’s Open Source & AI Program Office leading the upstream community strategy for Red Hat contributions to open source AI communities. Her focus is building sustainable, collaborative ecosystems that accelerate innovation and security across the AI landscape.She has been an active contributor across multiple Linux Foundation initiatives, including the LF AI & Data, Agentic AI Foundation,FINOS, and the PyTorch community, helping shape open, community-driven approaches to AI development and governance.

Leonardo de Freitas Galesky is a Staff Engineer at Adyen with a career spanning leading early-stage startups and building at large payment companies. His core professional focus centers on Applied AI, API and protocol governance, and agentic software engineering. He is deeply invested in next-generation interfaces, particularly the advancement of agentic commerce and the evolution of the software engineering craft. Alongside his architectural governance work, Leonardo actively contributes to the Linux Foundation’s Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF) via the Agentic Commerce and Identity and Trust workgroups. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a specialization in CRDTs and distributed systems.

For most of his 15+ year career, Nao has been involved in the architecture, design, and engineering of open source systems, including the Linux kernel, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and Hyperledger. Nao is currently working on CNCF, LF Energy, FINOS, OSPO, and Agentic AI. Nao led the OSS team in the R&D Group, focusing on open-source strategy, community engagement, and technical contributions. He started the CNCF/Glossary Japanese translation projects and was one of the organizers of the Cloud Native Community Japan.

Rizel Scarlett is a developer relations leader who helps developers make sense of emerging technology without the hype. Her work spans open source, AI developer tools, MCP, and agentic workflows. She has led community, content, and education programs at GitHub, Block, and Entire, where she uses storytelling to turn complex technical ideas into talks, demos, videos, workshops, and developer-first narratives that make new technologies feel practical, approachable, and relevant.

Shannon Williams is the Co-founder and President of Obot AI, an open-source software company building the enterprise gateway for the emerging Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard. Obot AI is focused on giving organizations the secure, scalable foundation they need to adopt AI assistants in the enterprise.

Prior to Obot, Shannon was Co-founder and President at Rancher Labs, where he helped build Rancher into the leading Kubernetes management platform. Following Rancher’s acquisition by SUSE, he served as CRO at SUSE, leading global go-to-market for the company’s cloud-native portfolio.

Vaibhav Tupe is a Tech Lead – Principal Engineer at Equinix, leading the design of AI-driven interconnection platforms under Fabric Intelligence. His work focuses on agentic systems, distributed cloud infrastructure, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable intelligent, autonomous network operations across hybrid and multicloud environments.
